Refunds will be considered only if our PR publication or brokerage services fail to meet the specifications outlined in our service agreement. Services that have been fully rendered are not eligible for refunds.
If Elite Discoveries fail to get you on your preferred publication. We would provide 100% of refund or free feature on the similar publication of the same level. However, the refund would be at the discretion of the service provider.
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon PR publication or brokerage services support within the specified time frame, you may be eligible for a refund depending if the concerned reasons being in control of Elite Discoveries.
We aim to deliver high-quality PR and brokerage services. However, the impact and reception of PR efforts can be subjective. Refunds based on the subjective reception of our work are not supported.
Our services are generally initiated within a predefined timeframe upon confirmation of your order. Delays within this period do not constitute a basis for refunds.
Our refund policy is strictly applicable to PR publication and brokerage services. It does not cover other ancillary services unless explicitly stated.
Refund requests must pertain to services within 24 hours of purchase. We will not entertain refund requests for services after 24 hours of purchase or completion of service delivery, whichever is earlier.

All the services that are fully delivered and received are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for services that have been fully delivered and accepted as per our agreement. Consideration for refunds is limited to incomplete or problematic services.

Factors beyond our control, like market changes or third-party actions, will not be considered valid grounds for refund requests.
Disputes should be resolved internally or through arbitration. Charge backs or external legal actions are not preferred dispute resolution methods.
