At Elite Discoveries, we prioritize client satisfaction while upholding ethical and legal business standards. This Refund Policy provides clear and transparent guidelines regarding our refund practices and the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered only if our PR publication or brokerage services fail to meet the specifications outlined in our service agreement. Services that have been fully rendered are not eligible for refunds.

2. 100% Money back Guarantee

If Elite Discoveries fail to get you on your preferred publication. We would provide 100% of refund or free feature on the similar publication of the same level. However, the refund would be at the discretion of the service provider.

3. Non-Delivery of Services

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon PR publication or brokerage services support within the specified time frame, you may be eligible for a refund depending if the concerned reasons being in control of Elite Discoveries.

4. Quality of Service

We aim to deliver high-quality PR and brokerage services. However, the impact and reception of PR efforts can be subjective. Refunds based on the subjective reception of our work are not supported.

5. Timeliness of Service Delivery

Our services are generally initiated within a predefined timeframe upon confirmation of your order. Delays within this period do not constitute a basis for refunds.

6. Exclusive to PR and Brokerage Services

Our refund policy is strictly applicable to PR publication and brokerage services. It does not cover other ancillary services unless explicitly stated.

7. Active Period for Refunds

Refund requests must pertain to services within 24 hours of purchase. We will not entertain refund requests for services after 24 hours of purchase or completion of service delivery, whichever is earlier.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support at hello@elitediscoveries.com with detailed information about your order and the issue encountered. Our team will assess your request based on the specifics of your case.

9. Review Process

We assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis, considering the unique circumstances. We may offer a partial refund or service credits as a resolution, subject to our policy guidelines.

10. Non-Refundable Services

All the services that are fully delivered and received are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for services that have been fully delivered and accepted as per our agreement. Consideration for refunds is limited to incomplete or problematic services.

11. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 business days. Our goal is to process refunds promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

12. Service Cancellation

To cancel a service, forward your request to support (hello@elitediscoveries.com) within 24 hours of commencement or before the article is published whichever is earlier. Cancellation alone does not guarantee a refund and will be evaluated in line with this policy.

13. Modification of Service Requirements

Refund eligibility is forfeited if significant changes are requested to be made to the service or the content provided by the client after service initiation or publication.

14. External Influences

Factors beyond our control, like market changes or third-party actions, will not be considered valid grounds for refund requests.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be resolved internally or through arbitration. Charge backs or external legal actions are not preferred dispute resolution methods.

16. Notification Requirement

Service issues must be reported to our support team within 24 hours, or before publication to qualify for potential refunds.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By using Elite Discoveries' services, you agree to this Refund Policy. If these terms are not acceptable, we advise against using our services.
