REFUND POLICY

This refund policy applies to all purchases made on elitediscoveries.com or from Elite Discoveries Digital Inc.
REFUNDS
All the purchases made on elitediscoveries.com or directly from Elite Discoveries Digital Inc are non-refundable unless they fall under the exceptions. If the reason for cancellation falls under the exceptions below, only then will the refund be processed. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days to review your order and take the necessary action. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
If the client is unhappy with the work of the agency, a meeting will be scheduled to discuss the issues and come to a resolution.
Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the end of the campaign or project.
EXCEPTIONS
- If we are unable to successfully publish the article on the purchased media outlet, we offer 100% refund to the original payment method or as a credit towards future purchase.
- If the price of the article increases post-purchase, we offer an option for a 100% refund if you are not okay with the increased price.
- If the article to be published has been pre-approved, and the text of the published article is significantly different from the pre-approved article (minor changes or changes less than 25% of the pre-approved article text don’t qualify for a refund).
- If the article is not published within 30 days after the expected publishing date. If there were delays in responding to the pending requirements from the client during the publishing process, then that time would be added to the 30 days timeline. If the delay was significant (at the discretion of the agency), the order becomes ineligible for a refund.

- No pro-rata refund will be provided for any service
- In exceptional and rare cases, do-follow backlinks may be published as no-follow. We regret the inconvenience and will provide a free article on medium.com for this. However, the order would not be eligible for a refund.
- In exceptional and rare cases, google indexed articles may not index on google. We regret the inconvenience and will provide a free article on medium.com for this. However, the order would not be refundable solely on this front.
- In exceptional and rare cases, backlinks might not be published. We regret the inconvenience and will provide a free article on medium.com for this. However, the order would not be refundable solely on this front.
- In exceptional and rare cases, the photo submitted might not be published or is published in a different dimension or size than expected. We regret the inconvenience and will provide a free article on medium.com for this. However, the order would not be refundable solely on this front.
- Refunds would not be provided for non fulfillment of any special requests unless previously agreed by Elite Discoveries Digital Inc.
- Refunds will be provided only after deducting the payment gateway fee or processing fee if any.
